Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of ramoj.com, the RAMOJ Mobile App, and all related APIs and services operated by eNeoteric Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. (“RAMOJ”). It applies to all users including registered businesses, sales agents, and delivery partners.

By using the platform, you agree to this Policy. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

2. Permitted Uses

The RAMOJ platform is a B2B IT hardware procurement system. You may use it to:

  • Browse and purchase IT hardware products for legitimate business use
  • Manage orders, track shipments, and handle returns via your account
  • Access the platform using our official web and mobile applications
  • Use the sales agent or delivery agent interfaces as authorised by RAMOJ
  • Contact our support team for order and account assistance

3. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the platform to:

Fraudulent and Illegal Activity

  • Place fraudulent, fictitious, or test orders using real payment methods
  • Use stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials
  • Impersonate another business, individual, or RAMOJ staff member
  • Engage in money laundering, tax evasion, or other financial crimes
  • Violate any applicable Indian or international laws or regulations

System Abuse

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract product data, pricing, or catalog information without written consent
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the platform or mobile app
  • Probe, scan, or test the security of any RAMOJ system or network
  • Send automated requests at volumes that unreasonably burden our infrastructure (DDoS, brute-force)
  • Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended access paths for any purpose other than responsible disclosure

Account and Data Misuse

  • Share your login credentials or provide platform access to unauthorised third parties
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent rate limits, verification requirements, or account suspensions
  • Collect or harvest personal data about other users from the platform
  • Use the platform to send spam, unsolicited communications, or phishing content

Competitive and Commercial Misuse

  • Use RAMOJ pricing or catalog data to build or enhance a competing product
  • Resell or sublicense access to the RAMOJ platform or API
  • Use the platform in any way that damages RAMOJ's reputation or business

4. Responsible Disclosure

If you discover a security vulnerability, do not exploit it. Report it to us immediately at info@ramoj.com with subject “Security Disclosure”. We will respond within 5 business days and work with you to address the issue.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this Policy. If we determine a violation has occurred, we may:

  • Issue a warning and require corrective action
  • Temporarily suspend account access
  • Permanently terminate the account without refund
  • Report the activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities
  • Pursue legal remedies to recover damages

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address on your account or via in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
