End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“User”) and eNeoteric Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd., operating the RAMOJ platform (“RAMOJ”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013, India. By downloading or using the RAMOJ Mobile App, you agree to this Agreement.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the RAMOJ Mobile App on a device you own or control, solely for the purpose of accessing RAMOJ's B2B IT hardware procurement services.

The App may be used only by authorised representatives of registered business entities for legitimate procurement activities on the RAMOJ platform.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or transfer the App or your license rights
• Use the App to develop a competing product or service
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the App

The App and all content, features, and functionality — including source code, design, trademarks, and data — are owned by eNeoteric Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected under the Copyright Act 1957 and applicable Indian IP law. This Agreement grants no ownership rights.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@ramoj.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may issue updates, patches, or new versions of the App. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of any revised terms accompanying that update.

The App integrates third-party services including MSG91 (OTP authentication) and Razorpay (payment processing). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act).

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, RAMOJ and eNeoteric Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to RAMOJ in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RAMOJ, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement or misuse of the App.

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without notice, if you breach this Agreement or if we discontinue the App. On termination, you must cease all use and delete the App from your devices. Sections 5, 10, 11, and 14 survive termination.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
