These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RAMOJ website and services operated by eNeoteric Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. ("RAMOJ", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals and organisations aged 18 or older who are capable of entering binding contracts under Indian law. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements. B2B customers must provide a valid GSTIN for tax-invoice purposes.

2. Products & Descriptions

• We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images. Minor variations may occur.
• Product availability is subject to stock and may change without notice.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• Refurbished, used, or open-box items will be clearly labelled with their condition.

3. Pricing & GST

• All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are indicative and subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing for B2B orders is confirmed via a formal written quotation.
• A GST-compliant tax invoice will be issued for every confirmed order. Customers must provide their GSTIN at the time of placing an order to receive a B2B invoice.
• Bulk and negotiated pricing thresholds are communicated by our sales team and vary by product category.
• We are not liable for typographical pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel orders placed at erroneous prices after notifying the buyer.

4. Quotes & Purchase Orders

• Quote requests submitted through our website initiate a sales conversation and are not binding orders.
• Formal quotations issued by RAMOJ are valid for the period stated on the quote (typically 7–14 days).
• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a Purchase Order (PO) or written confirmation along with applicable advance payment.
• RAMOJ reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion without liability.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are as specified in the confirmed quotation or invoice.
• Standard terms for new customers: 100% advance payment before dispatch.
• Credit terms may be extended to established customers at RAMOJ's sole discretion.
• Accepted payment methods: NEFT / RTGS / IMPS, UPI, cheque, demand draft, and online payment gateway (Razorpay).
• Payments are due on the date specified in the invoice. Late payments may attract interest at 18% per annum from the due date.
• All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store card or bank account details on our servers.

6. Order Cancellation

• Before dispatch: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation at no charge. Contact us immediately at info@encse.com or +91 91080 15170.
• After dispatch: Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Please follow our Returns & Refunds process once the delivery is received.
• Special or custom orders: Cannot be cancelled once confirmed and production / procurement has been initiated.
• B2B orders with PO: Cancellation post-PO acceptance is subject to a cancellation fee as agreed in the quotation.
• RAMOJ reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Full payment will be refunded in such cases.

7. Delivery

• We deliver PAN India through reputed logistics partners. Refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability, location, and logistics.
• Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly stated in the quotation or at checkout.
• Risk of loss and title passes to the buyer upon handover to the logistics carrier.
• For high-value shipments, insurance is recommended and can be arranged at the buyer's cost.
• RAMOJ is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, acts of government, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for products in original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
• Products must be reported as damaged or defective within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Customised, special-order, or licensed software products are non-returnable.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of returned goods.

9. Warranty

• All new products carry the OEM manufacturer's warranty as applicable in India.
• Warranty terms vary by brand and product category; details are provided with each product.
• Warranty claims are processed through OEM service centres or via RAMOJ depending on the brand's policy.
• Warranty is void if products are tampered with, used outside specified parameters, or damaged due to electrical surges, misuse, or negligence.
• Refurbished / used products carry a limited RAMOJ warranty as specified at time of purchase.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the RAMOJ website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of eNeoteric Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. or its content suppliers, protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAMOJ's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of profit, data, or business interruption.

12. Force Majeure

RAMOJ shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, flood, fire, earthquake, epidemic or pandemic, war, terrorist attack, embargo, government action, labour disputes, power failures, or disruptions to internet or telecommunications services. In such events, RAMOJ will notify customers as soon as practicable and resume performance once conditions permit.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RAMOJ and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We encourage resolving disputes amicably. Parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for 30 days before initiating legal proceedings.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
